前台服务很赞，特别是主管王华丽，很专业，说话温柔，笑容满面，安排的房间也很满意，靠山风景不错，给人回家的感觉。入住，退房都很方便。就是大堂比较空旷，儿童乐园比较吵，希望可以撤掉。

高铁的班次全都是在信阳东站，信阳东站附近最好的酒店就是这家了。
酒店的条件是很好，餐厅还提供自助餐。距离信阳东站很近，早上打了个滴滴很顺利地就过去了。
酒店附近还有一个恒大广场，有吃饭及看电影的地方，还有面包店。所以挺方便的。
