房间卫生很差，灰尘螨虫比较多，房间空气也不流通，地板上的地毯特别脏，估计是好几年都没有洗过的那种；基础的一些设备也很一般，装修很粗糙。

先说满意的是设施算新的而且床睡着也不错挺软就是枕头太高了我枕一个都窝难受因人而异吧。最后我想说我订的大床房而且显示信息还有房间结果我到店给我安排一个标间前台也是一声没吭还是我重新去找的前台勉强给我解释说订的时候就没有了那为什么当时不给我说明换的标间非要我问，还有网上信息不及时更新这不是欺骗消费者吗？最后前台态度及其不满意一副不耐烦的样子我又不欠她钱最后也没说大床房标间差价问题，我遇见最差前台
