酒店比较老，中央空调制冷效果不佳，一直维持在29°C，窗户可开启的角度小，显得房间略微有些闷，洗澡水还是比较大，很热，但淋浴与马桶区域较近，且没有浴帘隔开，溅水明显。好在前台与二楼餐厅服务人员热情周到，酒店门口停车场大而安全，有保安专门负责，自驾临时在信阳落脚的话，这里是个不错的选择。
