服务非常的好！前台的小姐特别的有礼貌！全程都在微笑服务，感觉很亲切。
这次去的是南湾湖游玩，前一天入住到这个酒店，它是在四季酒店的楼上。预订的是一个清新睡眠法房，之所以叫睡眠房 因为这个房间没有窗户，因此这样设计成睡眠房，门也采用的是厚重的实木，非常安静，所以我们睡得很香，一觉到天亮。卫生间也很干净，而且淋浴的水喷头很好，洗个热水澡，洗的很爽。出去玩儿之前，在楼下的酒店吃的饭，非常的好吃，里面的菜很有特色，很多种由信阳本地的菜还有湘菜川菜等等。总之是一次非常满意的住宿。下次来还会住这里的！
