前台接待服务差，开房缴费时不告诉退房时间退房时说电话打过，留的手机号没接到服务台电话，说打到房间，房间谁还一直不出去一下。这明显是没打电话。按她规定的时间晚了10多分钟还扣押金。我办理退房时还有2个客人在解决不同的问题，真是无语了。差评
