坑逼酒店，上午出去办事去了，12点才回来，我不知道几点钟退房然后两点退房就超时了，说一点退房就收超时费60，我问怎么没打电话，酒店回复11点打了没人接，11点打没人接，你一点不能再打一个啊，是不是每个不在房间的顾客没接到电话回来超时退房就是你乱收费的理由么？你11点打没人接，你1点不能再打一个么？再说同一时间退房的有多少？再打个电话都没时间？
