这次入住体验真的太棒了！从办理入住到离店，全程都能感受到酒店的细致服务。特别要表扬前台的小艾小姐姐，热情周到，笑容特别有感染力！看到我们带着行李主动帮忙安排行李员，还详细介绍了酒店设施和周边美食，甚至贴心提醒我们天气变化，真的像朋友一样温暖～

凌晨三点办理入住时，服务员爱理不理。4日下午返回酒店时，换了两次卡，房门都打不开，在门外等了十几分钟，服务员都没上来。走廊还没灯。

Truly a world class hotel, very clean and updated hotel, very professional and friendly staff (specially Wi Jin at the reception desk), full attention to details, I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers who want to enjoy a real 5 star hotel environment.

为了参加马拉松订的酒店，住宿可以在一楼换一杯咖啡。房间里还有好多茶叶可以品嚐。听説早餐很好，但是没有吃上，因为要早起去比赛。下次如果有机会去新余玩，还会住在这里。
