优点：免费停车。服务热情，前台和餐厅服务都非常好！装修豪华，房间很大。早餐也还可以。装修非常棒！
缺点：酒店房间洗澡水太冷（酒店提供了免费温泉券，但个人不爱去公共地方洗澡）；房间有浴缸，但不能放水泡澡。酒店房间没有供暖，房间又大，冬天开空调睡觉会冷。

优点:停车方便，早餐很不错，房间够大，配套齐全，浴缸，直饮水，家具也都不错，视野开阔，床品不错，空调和取电分开的，拔了房卡也可以制冷。缺点:淋浴房门明显有将近两指宽度，关不严。牙刷掉毛。电视很差。总结:性价比可以，用料档次啥的都不错。细节能够再做好一些，可以再提高一个档次。

酒店非常干净整洁，服务人员彬彬有礼，房间设施完备，细节非常好，过道有个感应的地灯，晚上起来上厕所非常方便。绝对好评

酒店自己停车场，应该有地下车位，我停在地面了，硬件可以，服务可以，开车的朋友们退房的时候记得要停车券，以前多次路过忻州没住，都住五台山附近去了，酒店是新开业的，还有些许装修的味道，多开窗通风吧
