东西比较全，早餐供应很及时，卫生也不错，院子非常幽静。但大堂服务员有些呆，浴室小一些，因为是老酒店，设施旧了一些。

不知是艺龙的原因还是酒店的原因，预定前因看到普通标房有无窗和有窗之分，于是在预定前特意咨询了酒店前台，答复有标注“（无窗）”的即为无窗，没标注即为有窗。下单未标注“无窗”房后，到店却又被告知是无窗房。后沟通后酒店给解决了，但总归补顺利。
