国庆来旅游，提前一个月网上预订了大床房和标间，到了前台才说没有接到订单，大床房已经没有了，换房间还要加一半的钱，当时十分气愤，还好后来经理来了说是他们的责任，给免费升级房间，这样才顺利入住了。设施比较新，卫生还可以，不过卫生间与淋浴间没有分开，有点小。酒店餐厅有午餐和晚餐，比较方便，价钱偏贵，但是我们点的牛肉都是用猪肉做的，这个感觉有点坑。服务人员都比较热情。总的来说还可以。
