我去从地下停车场找大唐收银，找不到出口在地下停车场和电梯口楼道转了快20分钟，没有人发现也没有工作人员，希望酒店能做到更好，吧台服务人员态度很好。

卫生差。新入住的房间，毛巾上竟然有头发。问前台，前台服务员竟然说，不愿意住，可以退房，不算你钱。这种卫生条件，这种服务态度，与酒店的档次相差太远。
