总体不错，干净卫生，服务人性。离五爷庙有点距离，步行较远，但客栈有车接送，所以还是方便。相比五台山其他酒店，算比较有特色和温馨的。

客栈周边环境幽静，坐在房间里看到的是满眼绿色，大山尽在眼前，很是惬意！服务人员态度热情、周到，每天有水果。还会再去的！

假期入住，价格堪比四星，就是装修很用心的私家宾馆。房间有些局促，卫生间太小且通风不好，每次进去都是潮潮的气味。好在还算干净。总体性价比一般。

这个评论是我使用携程十几年来第一次愿意为一个酒店写好评，在五台山这个美丽庄严的佛教圣地，这个易安客栈给我的感觉是前所未有的，我定的是套房，有个挺大的阳台，在阳台可以感受与自然更近的距离，享受五台山的清凉，卧室床非常大，这次没有带女儿一起来，如果一起来住，肯定是一点都不会挤，不管是硬件设施还是服务，应该是用心做的，细节到位，感受真实，是发自内心的为住客服务，我第一次有这样的感受，目前就我住过所有的酒店，毋庸置疑这家客栈是我最喜欢的。写这么多，只是发自内心的觉得，这么好的入住体验，值得分享。希望客栈会越来越好，等下次入住会有更好的体验。
