五台山目前硬件设施最好的一家酒店了，但对于五星级酒店来说还是略显牵强，形式上足够高大上，细节却差强人意。沙发上有大片污渍，水龙头上很多水垢，地毯也不干净，房间很多角落都布满灰尘。明明是14年的新酒店，装修和家具都很精致，房间吊顶很高，快有两层楼了，后期维护却跟不上，柜子门开始掉漆，浴室玻璃门关不紧，体重秤里没有电池...位置不错，但距离文殊院/五爷庙还是有5分钟的开车距离，步行的话太远。
几点问题提醒大家：
1-早餐供应从早上6:30-8:30，过时不候
2-房间里有很大的下水道臭味，睡觉必须关紧厕所门
3-酒店的午餐晚餐还是不错的，反正出去吃也是挨宰，里面的质量有保障
希望酒店训练大堂服务人员更加专业，自助早餐至少延长到9:30吧，房间设施好好维护，才对得起这么好的位置装修啊。

房间很大，挺好的，只是供暖结束太早，无冷暖空调，很不方便。晚上房间有些冷。
