11点以后没热水，一整天没暖气，早起也没热水，别说4星，3星绝对都到不了。没有给茶包，没有矿泉水，地毯脏的要命，从没住过这么可怕的酒店，噗，太艰苦了，我要不是因为预付了，不可能住这
