酒店位于勐腊县城的主干道上，但酒店的标识不明显，不注意就会错过，没热水，没wifi，设施一般，没电梯，行李多的，行动不方便及老人就有点费劲，希望店家能在旺季过后改进改进。

期间虽然发生不愉快，但是在艺龙客服积极的沟通帮助下得到解决，表示对艺龙客服的满意，尤其是感谢工号64199等客服们的帮助。酒店位于勐腊县里，背后就是农贸市场，在孝感宾馆的对面红灯笼酒店，标识得不是很明确，晚上寻找不易，望店家改进。由于春节旺季而产生的不足以及店家的改善表示接受满意。
