入住的时候，大堂经理还帮我免费升了级，很体贴，因为知道带有老人可能就给了一个稍微宽阔一点的房间，周围的空气非常好，在这里度假疗养，我觉得是不错的选择，早餐也非常的丰盛

酒店位置远离市区，是个房地产项目里的，酒店大堂和楼盘销售混在一起，体验感很差，硬件设施一般，也就是四钻的水平，工作人员除了前台还好，工作人员没啥服务意识，通过酒店自己的小程序定点零食饮料，送来的时候敲门都不知道打招呼，东西一给扭头就走，我说句谢谢都觉得自己很尴尬…对了，电视是我最讨厌的，除了开机的宣传片一遍一遍的播放很顺畅，其他看什么都不太好用

请注意！这不是温德姆直营店！千万别被外观照片骗了！首先，进了大堂还以为进了售楼处，一个巨大的楼盘模型摆在大厅中央，一眼都找不到前台在哪。其次，房间构造就是酒店式公寓，房间异味非常浓，换了一间还是一样，地上到处都是油渍、污渍，特别恶心。更夸张的是，酒店的拖鞋还不是温德姆的，上面印着其他酒店的logo，简直让人傻眼。最后，服务人员的素质也不是一家温德姆应该有的样子，基本与民宿的服务无异，毫无国际连锁酒店应该有的专业。所以再强调一下，这不是真的温德姆！大家一定要避坑！
