携程定的118，店里100，和携程联系说可退多余的款，第二天商家不给退，闹得人不舒服，洗澡热水不行半天放不出来，房间特别吵晚上好像闹市区半夜把人吵醒了，我们一行八人都没休息好，酒店主管态度很恶劣，强烈不推荐
