2019年开业的酒店，体验非常不好，豪华大床房和二间江景房整天就是油烟味和下水道臭味，还有冲淋房没有放洗涤用品架子，否则淋浴露和洗发水只能放地上，后来要了个塑料凳子，把洗涤用品放上才可以洗澡，还有房间玻璃很脏，像几年没擦的感觉，酒店电梯里也很脏，有异味，就看电梯就像已开业了几年酒店。虽然在澜沧江旁，风景很好，但酒店服务员没有很好介绍，毕竟到江边还点路，如果不是江景房还不知道附近有条美丽的澜沧江，而且酒店有条小路可以直接通江边栈道，虽然下去有点陡，但到江边很近。细节决定品质，这些问题如不改进，应该没有回头客，也不会介绍朋友来住。
