899元的豪华房竟然因水小且水温冷无法洗澡。酒店电工检查后表示无法修复，因春节期间房间都已售完无法调换房间若需洗澡可以去员工淋浴房清洗；房间的保险箱形同虚设因工作人员无钥匙无法使用；房间空调没热气还声明：西双版纳所有宾馆都没有热空调，简直就是无稽之谈；房间里还有壁虎相伴酒店解释这属正常；我去泰国酒店外墙也有很多壁虎但房间里没有。上午只能退房重新找房。酒店最终只退了100作为补偿。

到西双版纳之前我预订了景洪邦海大酒店。当时选择此家酒店也是看了评价后心中有个大概的了解，另外有免费接送机服务。其次是位置优越去哪都方便。到了西双版纳来接机的毛师傅特别热情周到，邦海酒店的领导及员工也都态度好，非常热心。住在这里真的有"宾至如归″的感觉，以后有机会去版纳还会住这里。特别感谢肖静经理的照顾~💐
