作为一个五星级酒店，硬件设施就不用说了，那都是杠杠的。我要指出的是酒店的服务与五星级酒店不相符，无论是前台的服务员，还是楼层服务员，包括餐厅服务员，我们在金源住了四天，没有任何一位服务员对你微笑、主动向你问候，就是我们去前台办理续住，工作人员也是冷冰冰的，非常机械办理。我老婆几次让我退房，表示强烈不满，认为根本不是五星级酒店应该有的服务。我们今后是不会再入住世纪金源大饭店了！
