本酒店属于小区楼中一干房子装修成的酒店，设施很一般，估计平时价格很低，百元左右吧(春节期间涨价2倍)。部分房间朝向大街或居民厨房，也有部分房间朝向小区空地，后者绝对安静。本人入住时，先不满意朝向，马上换了，前台服务员很不错！

十一期间订的酒店，这是当地最便宜的了，这个地方十一宰客是真的厉害，交通，食物，什么都涨，建议过年过节不要出来，
