酒店服务不错，但是酒店的司机服务态度差，疯狂赚差价，而且出行以及离开市区别找司机订票，完全就是坑人，事后还的补票，车还是改装车，严重超员，查到就是死，强烈不推荐这个酒店

酒店环境很好，服务也好，特别是接机师傅吴小勇，对人热情而且当向导也非常棒，下次再去版纳还住你们酒店，因为第一次不知道要照片所以忘了，但是酒店确实不错，值得一住
