孩子吃过酒店的牛排后出现严重过敏症状，浑身红肿出疹子，伴随呕吐及呼吸困难，酒店大堂接线员在明知孩子身体状况的情况下，没有安排电动车接们，我们自己走路去大堂，随后路上遇到一电瓶车我们要求先送孩子去大堂坐车去医院，可电瓶车司机拒绝，还是车上客人说先送我们才得以坐上车，随后司机拒绝送我们到马路边的求助，并且没有叫救护车，酒店人员对紧急情况处理不及时，拒绝紧急救助让人寒心，我首先声明我们不要赔偿，只要相关人员道歉，可并为得到，为了不难为其他无关经理人员我们选择低调处理，可心情极度愤怒，酒店没有脱敏药物，人员出现紧急情况处理不得当，难道孩子出现生命危险再来负责吗？
