隔音效果一般，环境还不错，阳台也不错，就是房间卫生间里面渗水现象太严重了，还缺一个排风机。其他都OK。

很不错。老板开宝马接站，介绍的也很细，感觉挺好。住在秀水街上的分店，房间很好，很干净，还有个是小庭院，闹中取静的地方。
