酒店离景区很近，环境也很好，院子里布置得特别温馨。老板很热情，给我们介绍景区地图，还会送我们去坐车，很满意。

对酒店的服务真的是满意的不行 感觉特别亲切和体贴 提前发短信确认 到了来接 还免费给我们升级了房型 因为是晚上到的 去景区完全不用门票 而且前台的姐姐很贴心 给我们地图还告诉我们哪里有好吃的好看的 看到房间也是 和网上的一模一样

客栈就在西塘景区那，离酒吧街非常近，而且客栈的人都非常好，免费接送待人热情，还教给不少防止被宰的窍门。32个赞

服务很周到，春节期间自驾去的，西塘特别拥堵，还没到就有电话联系，告诉你怎么走。到第三停车场后也有人帮提行李，接到客栈。客栈是一个小庭院，环境不错，干净整洁。离景区入口很近，过五福桥就到。

从前台到接送小哥的服务都很好，还帮着张罗我们的回程票，多谢～住的地方离景区入口也很近，唯一不足晚上洗浴间热水不足，待改进。

老板很热情，去停车场接待我们，又告知景点和吃饭便宜的地方。房间的卫生很好，床品都很高档，卫生间洗漱用品齐全，环境也很好，值得推荐的一家酒店。
