我们中午临时定的，店家的朋友很快就来接我们了，可是还是冒雨走了好几分钟的路程（因为没上车牌？）房间很大很漂亮、干净，就是超级冷！我急忙去景区玩了，鞋子湿透了，全身冷得发抖，晚上回来发现没有热水！主人说是水管坏了！说一会儿会有，最迟早上会有很烫的水。我和闺蜜冻得全身哆嗦，淋了一天的小雨也洗不成澡就睡了，早上起来却依然没有热水！！！我觉得水管冻裂可以理解，老板知道这件事，至少可以中午就告诉我们，至少我们能换酒店。因为同样的事情绍兴的酒店就是第一时间通知我们换酒店的！而且房间大，空调根本不管用，两床被子，俩人一夜没暖热。习惯好评吧，老板，您下次是不是应该诚实一点。您知道一夜睡不好我们多难受吗？

住的地方离西塘景区很近，环境挺好，老板人也很好，到了汽车站会过来接，总之很好啦

房间有露台，如果天暖和点来晒太阳会很舒服。不巧正好赶上寒潮，冻死我们了。第二天睡到中午，老板找了人帮我们送进景区，没花门票钱。

老板管接管送，很nice，位置离景点很近，晚上和早上八点都是可以免门票的，住宿设施什么的都还不错，推荐
