酒店的性价比较低，早餐供应时间很短早上7点到9点，卫生配置都比较一般，服务人员都很少，几乎看不到什么服务员，不太值得推荐入住的酒店。

酒店的环境硬件设施都还不错，位置出行交通方便，价格稍稍有些偏高，在西塘镇子里面应该是唯一一家三星级酒店的，整体还是比较不错的，值得推荐入住。
