很差，定了四间房，我因为工作不能陪家里老人前往。老板故意装作不知，安排的房型和网上描述完全不符。当家人提出不住老板态度还恶狠狠。家里都是老人哪里懂这些，在酒店等了一个多小时才给安排又脏又差的房间。能有点良心吗

完全不能给半颗星，老板用欺诈的手段，给安排的客房完全和描述不相符。难道就因为我是帮家人老人代订欺负他们不懂吗，态度还极其恶劣，我不知道其他给好评的人是怎么样的体验至少我的家人遭遇很让我气愤
