酒店应该开了一段一时间，房间的设施感觉不是太新，空调一直打不上去，厕所对着床感觉很奇怪！早餐厅很小，挤进挤出！前台的服务很好！

第二次入住美豪。上次在上海入住的美豪丽致，印象非常好。这次来嘉兴玩，首先就锁定美豪。
美豪没有丽质设施豪华，可以理解。毕竟是不同定位。但服务都非常棒。给人家的感觉。晚上还有晚安奶，竟然是热了送来的，真的太贴心了。五星级服务的感觉。
前台也很给力，服务员阿姨也很nice。特别表扬客服部郭寒寒，超级耐心的服务，给人家的感觉。妈妈赞不绝口非常开心！

酒店超级棒，出乎意料。晚上接近十一点到酒店，前台小姐姐给我们免费升级了房间，还给我们安排了一间布置了的房间。酒店整体很有风情，房间大投影，音响也不错，还有下午茶晚安奶，肚子不舒服的时候还有个叫刘健的小哥送了胃药，还有佳佳、灿哥、和接待我们的不知道姓名的小姐姐，服务都很热情。很愉快的体验。
