酒店位置距离入园很近，出酒店过了桥就到了，而且距离第三停车场也很近，打电话给酒店，就有服务人员过来接，因为定的房间只有一间而且在一楼，所以酒店免费帮我们升了级。酒店设施很好，住的很舒服！

一开始不满意房型 和前台商量乐下 马上给我们换了还是个很好的酒店 非常漂亮 店里还有小动物喜欢动物的可以来这里 推荐! 推荐!推荐!!!!!

在网上看了攻略很多人评价很好说是网红酒店然后就预定了一个loft类型的房间后来到了酒店去看了房间发现房间很潮很潮楼梯上都是水然后跟老板说能不能换个别的房间后来加钱换了一个有落地窗的房间 结果真的很失望花了500多住了一晚上 洗澡的时候水忽冷忽热 晚上房间的灯也很昏暗看着房间感觉很脏 空调开了30度也依旧感觉很冷 房间软件硬件设施都很差 体验很差我想说真的没必要花五百多住这种酒店

酒店老板人很好，怕找不到亲自去接还介绍了很多古镇景区的注意事项，西塘一般逛一天就可以了。

酒店在景区入口旁边，从嘉善停车场过去小麻烦。房间总体可以，性价比不高。干湿没有分离。服务一般般，是我住过的民宿里普通的那种了。望改善。
