内向的老板，服务还是挺好的。看的出老板想把酒店做成高端名民宿，入住的渥丹房间配的是欧舒丹，依云矿泉水挺不错的，就是做卫生大妈每天打扫没有铺床，就算是连住3天没叫换床单但也要把床铺好啊，这点要注意。总体还是不错的。

超美，房间美，房间里还有玫瑰花瓣泡澡，洗浴用品是欧舒丹的，矿泉水是依云的。房间很典雅，有喝茶的茶盘。客房服务晚上就没有人了，但是反而觉得很舒心，想到了家里一样。

第二天晚上出了点问题，就是上水加热的机器因为跟楼板的接触有空隙产生了共振，噪音非常大，小老板跑前跑后联系专业人员直到下半夜才解决了问题，非常敬业。抱歉之余，又赠送一瓶红酒。

酒店在北栅街繁华位置的弄堂内，出门很方便，过桥就是酒吧一条街，因在弄堂最里端晚上也不会很吵。
与西塘很多临河客栈相比，这还真是不错的酒店了，我们住的管彤套房在2楼，面积挺大，设施齐全，中央空调、无线网络、数字电视都有，不喜欢喝房间里直饮水的还送依云水。房间很新很干净，对得起上品两字。
酒店服务也到位，会帮你买景区门票、安排停车、运送行李、介绍周边热门景点等，态度很好很热情。
唯一不习惯的就是卫生间没有门，前一天吃了很多景区的小吃，早上要顺畅的如厕还真是不雅，建议要弄个简易帘子隔音隔味隔视线，哈哈。
总之，满意！
