环境不错，比较干净，声声慢已绿色为基调，给人很清新，很淡雅的味道，同时还伴有古色古香的气息，让人在入住的同时放松心情，很喜欢！

很脏，很差！和图片上完全不一样的感觉，环境很脏。床单很旧枕套上还有洞，浴室还有前面客人用的脏毛巾放在那，怀疑床单也没换过，要求店家换过

客栈就在小吃一条街和酒吧一条街这里*出去很方便的*也不是很吵*就房间小了点*不过我一个人住住也够了

本来订的是雨霖铃，但因为住客没退房，就帮我们升级到西江月，这个房型是我住过那么多客栈中是算最好的，设计很有特色，跟图片一致，有个露台，可惜大热天没办法上去坐坐，客栈位置在一个出口边上，出去很方便，下次来西塘还住这里！

首先，酒店位置不错，靠在河边，又不吵闹，休息很清静。尤其早上起来，非常有感觉的。
其次，酒店的老板（或者说是管家）非常不错，很热情，很周到。聊天聊得很愉快。
另外要说的是，个人认为，酒店内部可以做的再精致些。可能性价比会更高的。
西塘是个好地方，再来，可以再考虑这家酒店。就是天太热了，庭院生活其实没享受到啊，院子里太热了。
