由于地理条件原因，比预想的小，没有图片上大，环境也一般，什么分店总店也就是黎园宾馆！但老板什么还是比价热心的，来回汽车接送什么的。内部设施齐全，基本就是家庭旅馆的样子，东西有点陈旧！

由于车子开不到景区内，酒店可以到停车场免费接送，帮忙买优惠券，接送的小伙子态度很好，帮忙拿箱子，客栈就在刚进西塘的弄堂里，闹中取静，门口布置不错，花花草草很多，还有秋千，定的房间有个圆形大浴缸，孩子很喜欢，出门很方便，老板也很热情，如果有什么不够完美，那就是房间有点小了。

总体来说，作为民宿改造的酒店，算是不错了吧。选的标房，在一分店，远离酒吧街，很安静，出行也挺方便。房间大小够两人住了，基本卫生设施和用具都有。要求不是太高的话，个人觉得住住可以了。
