三年前来过西塘但没住下，这是第二次来提前经过比较选择觉得这家性价比最高，果然没令我失望，从老板娘到服务阿姨非常热情，主动介绍各种游览要点，服务极为到位，我们两人晚上到酒店后想喝茶老板娘主动又拿来两大方桶矿泉水还要我们品尝他家的茶叶，转天我们告之想洗下衣服很快服务阿姨从景区外给我们买来了大桶洗衣液，而这些额外的费用一概没有收取，特别是走时匆忙忘了拿放在房间冰箱的特产经联系老板娘给我们快递寄来，非常感谢店家!顺便说下这家店在景区内，位置极佳闹中取静，我们住了三天御花园，和店家的图片一致没有任何夸大，设计合理，私密性好独门独院!再见了美丽的西塘以后有时间还会来，一定还会入住这家酒店，一次难忘的愉快旅行!

和闺蜜一起来度假 一人一间感觉太棒了 唯一不满意的就是无线网太差 像我们这种夜晚不爱泡吧的孩子 待在酒店想追个剧都不行 还有浴室缺个防滑垫 如果有孩子的话不太安全……其他的都挺满意 总之 下次来西塘这里一定是首选！

这家私人酒店完美的结合了本土的民宿和时尚的文艺感，并富于悠闲、温馨、浪漫的感觉。从老板到保洁阿姨都很亲切、温暖。非常值得再次来感受的好地方。
