环境好，服务佳。到达第一停车场后，酒店有电瓶车接入，还会代买六折门票。房间里的洗护用品是欧舒丹，还附赠2瓶依云。据说在携程上五星好评可以免费享用冰箱内的收费饮料，希望以后同程的用户也能享受到。自带的园子很内，墙壁上吴冠中的话拍入相片真是美呆了！另外酒店的餐厅真是意外的惊喜，随便点的菜没有一个雷区，个个美味，还可以享受满200减50的优惠！总之一百个赞！

酒店的位置很好，在景区里面，大堂宽敞明亮，酒店的服务人员态度极好，到了景区，酒店会安排人员来接，酒店代卖的门票比团购便宜，酒店设施齐全，干净整洁，还有两瓶依云水免费喝，中式装修，典雅清幽，闹中取静，，刚办入住，小憩下，很舒服，空调凉凉的，床很舒适，很好的一次体验。

非常喜欢酒店的院子还有服务，如果有五颗星我会打六颗，算是西塘最好的一间了。就是我的房间睡觉时有点臭，可能离卫生间太近了，还有很多小咬虫。
