这个酒店是在景区里的，需要买门票进入，让他们代购可以比自己优惠，车子停在景区的停车场，酒店会派车到停车场接送，满周到，酒店基本是西塘景区里最好得了 ，这次进去遇到个小插曲，我们这间房间有异味，和酒店交涉，酒店马上换了房间而且比之前的房间要大，对处理方式比较满意，酒店虽在景区里但是比较安静，提出要求基本都能满足，早点是定量的，虽然不是自助但也能吃饱，总体不错。

这次旅行最让人难忘的就是这家酒店的安全问题，早上离开房间几分钟，回来所有的东西都被整理过，不见了一盒新买的迪奥眼影，连一盒眼影都会被偷，还能让人有什么安全感啊？

昨晚入住，今早出去吃早餐，回到房间所有的东西都已经被整理过，不见了一盒新买的迪奥眼影，看起来这样高大上的酒店竟然会发生这样的事情，真是让人太失望了，第一次来西塘所有的美好印象全被毁了
