暖心的服务 贴心的入住
今年春节期间，我从北京自驾到西塘旅游，西塘旅游人很多，我提前给前台打电话，告知有停车位和代买景区7折门票。暖心的服务点赞！
我们驾车还没到，就被景区拦在了嘉善3中，被告知不能开车到景区酒店，开了这么长时间就是为了方便，心情不好，怎么办。想到了酒店，就给前台打电话，接电话的是服务生小朱，他听后，告诉我们别着急，他开着自己的车来接我们。听后心里暖暖的，给他们点赞。
来到酒店小朱很热情的帮我们办理了入住，晚上还提醒我们怎么把车开进来。在酒店这么忙的情况下，能够急客人所急，想客人所想，必须表扬他，给他点赞，下次来一定还住这里，一定推荐给我的朋友们。
