房间临水去的时候正赶上下雨，坐在阳台喝茶看雨非常惬意。老板服务很周到，房间很舒适干净。酒店虽然在西塘景区外但是很近出来巷子过马路就是景区入口，进去离老品芳，小吃街，都不远

独自一人去旅行，看了携程的网评不错才订的，酒店是假日会所的分店，却用着另外一个名字烟雨楼客栈，房间很小很小，我是一个人住都有些转不过身来，随身的行李都没地儿放，客栈的整体卫生有点差，总之这个价格很不值，如实点评，仅供参考！

非常值得推荐，老板老板娘人都超好，还去车站接车，房间也都很赞，临河有独立阳台，喝茶看风景，惬意至极，而且出胡同对着就是酒吧街，热闹非凡，动静有致。

在西塘这个地方，这家酒店闹中取静，个人觉得主要老板服务态度极棒，位置离入口很近，虽然地方不大，但相对于整个西塘来说，也算是不错的，哥不小心弄断了门把锁，等我回来，老板已经换好了，很温馨，不过105的门该修修了，还是要点赞

感觉非常好的客栈，很静，离景区也非常近，房间设施很全，而且老板人更好，在我们没到西塘的时候就发信息提醒我们别随便买黄牛的景区票并帮助我们买到半价的票，还免费接送站，而且看到我爱人体格大还免费升级房间，真是贴心又暖心！
