店老板还可以，位置就在烟雨长廊上，房间其实也还可以，就是隔音太差了，外面游玩的倒没太吵，主要是隔壁那间就隔了个木门板，啥悄悄话都能听见，自己想象哈。洗澡间的热水不是很稳定，室友洗的时候冻的不行，然后我发现了就是洗澡的时候，洗脸池不能放水，哪怕冷水也不行，不然热水就一点都不见了。

和女友去西塘玩住这家，屋子没有照片看着大，格局紧凑，位置还不错，算是中心地带，快到景区联系客栈提前买票，就是到了之后等了快一个小时客栈人员才买好票，说是排队买票效率有点慢。进景区后客栈人员会领着进去，七拐八绕的。一开始住二楼担心半夜会吵，其实要不是睡很早完全没影响，就是半夜时候房顶不知道有什么动物来回的跑来跑去搞的没睡好。天气好的时候和爱人靠窗而坐观河景，享受着阳光洒进屋子，感觉说不出的惬意。下次来西塘还是会选这家的
