店家很好，一开始挑的房间有点阴，就给我们免费升级了房间，床的布置很干净，洗澡用品和个人用品备的非常齐全，整体十分舒适，十分适合情侣出游居住！

位置挺好的，离东门也很近，订的是二楼的房间，大露台还是相当赞的，就是房间实在是太小了，而且顶超级低，撞了几次头，半夜还从顶上掉下来个蜘蛛，还好已经有心理准备，很有生活气息。

和闺蜜一起出来玩，特意定的这个上下铺的房间，很温馨有情调，这家店整体的装修风格挺好。出于好奇也看了看其他房型，发现这家店每间房都有自己的特色，每间房的风格都挺喜欢的，下次和朋友来订其他房型看看。听说是连锁的，已经办了会员，去其他景点也住驿雲的客栈。

好，很好，非常好，下次来西塘还住这个酒店。管家小姐姐真的超好的，人也超好。听说这和客栈是连锁的，以后还要住这个品牌的，性比价高，有保障。而且挺便宜的，实惠，又好。
