优点挺多的。整体环境挺好，楼下酒吧装潢挺不错，上面的客栈也是干净大气有格调，小二呆萌，店长挺漂亮亲切。非常喜欢房间的落地窗还有旁边的小茶座，垫个抱枕下午躺一会，晚上和基友对坐喝点米酒啃个鸭脖真是绝妙。
不足的有两点，一个是网络电视网速太渣，可能是因为楼下生意太好用网的人多，还有一个是隔音比较差，楼下的歌手唱的歌楼上听也是Live版的，刚开始还好时间长有点受不了。
