一个挂牌三星店，2015/12/28晚当班的两个前台态度水准绝对是负五星的水准！！
办理入住，刷卡，只让输密码，金额没显示，问，你让刷多少我就按多少给你吗？金额怎么没有？…后来问办完了吗，不理，再问黑脸…s
问行李太多借行李车帮忙搬行李上房间，说没有车也不可能帮忙搬！，
一再要求终于拖了个装布草的小小车，说客房下班了。后来验证有专门的行李车就是不给！前台两个女的，和穿客房衣服女的三人聊天不理不睬也不帮忙搬！结果自己一人搬了两次才拖上酒店房间！
硬件酒店设备还三星，可软件服务方面！这种素质待客，远远不够！！！
