作为一个常出游的人来说，整个行程中只要没出啥大问题都能接受，但是这次入住的皇宫酒店实在是无语，应该说到了忍无可忍的地步，把顾客的安全置之度外。br 话说为啥选择皇宫，那是因为4年前入住，当时的体验还不错，不论是硬件或是服务都很不错。所以这次去宣城依旧选择入住，通过同程预定入住，由于订的仓促，订的两间房，一间付了房费，另一间支付了押金280元。入住手续刷卡600元(一间押金，和1间房费)。两间房安排在2楼，1间房一股臭味，另一间房卫生极差，墙纸上有过一片渗水的印迹且很多霉点未清除，一行有两孩子，这样的环境实属无法入住，随即要求换房。再一次更换的房间也是问题重重。一间浴室内的瓷砖坏掉未修，另一间1611房，门框上全是小钉子，由于入住的时间较晚，没有及时发现，同行的一大两小被划伤。随即找酒店方交涉，要求将1611的房费退还，交涉的过程中一位岁数较大的女士(后了解，是客房主管)说话态度强硬，说我不理解她们。试问，我花钱，你提供的出现质量问题的产品，还要我理解。这是什么道理。通过近一个小时的理论，店方不情愿的退了一间房费给我。更龌龊的是网上押金扣留不退。既然这样曝光你
