什么酒店啊！难道头发染了不能入住酒店啊！还说洗枕头套还要花钱，难道住过的房间，枕头被套就不洗啦！搞笑嘛！地方又偏，位置又不好，服务态度差，话都不会说，还干前台，下次宣城宾馆都住满了，只只剩下你皇宫，我都不住，住了这么多酒店，这个最奇葩，还皇宫大酒店，我看有辱这个名字！垃圾！

因为不想住市区，特意选的皇宫，作为宣城蛮大的酒店，但整体环境感觉不是很干净，浴室淋浴房的地滑滑的，感觉处理的不干净，地毯也有较多烟头烫过的痕迹，退房时好多人等着打发票，要等好久，很多要改进。
