其他方面还可以，不提了，主要想说一下前台的态度，实在是太差了，开发票多打十个字能累死是吗？这么懒就不要出来做事啊！让父母养啊！你的工作态度影响到酒店的生意，你也是无所谓的了，没有职业素质真可怕！

前台接待服务特差，我于艺龙旅行网预订房间早上5:到达酒店，服务员有房间不开给我非得让我等6:以后或者算2天的价格，我觉得非常不合理，有房间为什么不给我开就提前一个小时到达酒店。而且我预订日期是25号入住26号离开，本人保留消费投诉权利。
