酒店大厅很大气，服务人员也很专业很热情。第一感觉非常好。
房间乾净整洁，我住的房间还有个小阳台，可以看到对面东站的高铁。

设施：设施还比较全，不过淋浴间密封不行，需要放个毛巾在门口，要不然水都漏出去了。房间空调不行，空调开到最低，房间温度一直都是23度。。
衞生：整体比较乾净，打扫房间也很及时。

酒店位置非常好就在高速出口不远，停车位很丰富。酒店非常高大上，入住手续办理丝滑细腻，服务人员非常热心职业。酒店客房设施齐全，整洁，房间很宽大，设施很新乾净整洁，Wi-Fi速度快。床垫枕头都很舒服软硬适中。明窗净几我们非常满意。另外早餐大厅餐食摆放非常整齐美观，中西美食结合、另外还有许昌本地的胡辣汤、丸子汤、羊杂汤、小麪、烙馍等等，特别感谢表扬餐厅女主管，想吃寿司要芥末酱，她二话不説就安排闪送来，提供给我，非常感谢。另外晚上要出门请大堂前台帮我收一下外卖，也非常热情地帮我办好了。总之，一切为顾客着想服务好，让我们有宾至如归的家的感觉。

酒店从大厅气派和酒店房间设施，从前台和客房及门衞服务都算得上五星级，如果再建一个健身房就比较圆满了！早餐品种丰富，停车场很大！大厅内还有各种花茶免费供应，房间内放置的手电筒和吹风机抽屉都有标识，细节做得很成功！前台还主动免费给我升级套房，让我感觉家的温暖！酒店离曹丞相府和古城很近，景点附近的羣英会餐馆菜品种类很多，经济实惠！

临近高铁站走过去五分钟，周边没什麽吃饭的地方，提前预约接送站体验还不错司机热情，看内部设施档次在前几年应该还不错，随着时间推房间设施老旧，再收住房按金有点不合理了，早餐没什麽亮点
