  酒店服务还是很热情，因为再次入住主动为我升级了房型。位置优越交通便利，酒店设施齐全，房间干净整洁，住的很舒服。前台人员服务都很好，很主动，很热情，早餐不错，品种多，性价比高！客房人员都很有礼貌，会主动询问并帮助！前台还有个百宝箱，挺全的，里面的东西都是免费的。

  房间很大，特别特别干净卫生，也很安静，早餐也特别丰盛。卫生间都是干湿分离的，热水也很快，基本都不用等。房间都是智能化的，不用去手动开关窗帘和灯。楼下就是美食一条街，各种特色小吃，而且酒店对面就是西湖公园，地理位置特别好。前台小哥哥小姐姐都很热情礼貌，有问必答，很细心也很耐心。入住体验很好的一次，下次来还会选择入住。

  入住很满意，服务人员态度很好，而且房间卫生很干净，可以看图片，而且空间也非常不错，带小朋友也很充足，房间很安静，而且房间内景色很好，对面的小西湖风景非常不错，特别满意这点，周边出行很方便的，出来逛胖东来和古城景点都很方便，可以走路过去，店是在市中心，出门吃饭很方便，入住整体很开心，很满意

  入住很满意，卫生很好，可以免费洗衣服，还可以洗车，各方面都很满意，保安大哥主动给洗车，车洗的很干净，出行很方便，逛景区和胖东来都很近，工作人员也会主动帮忙提供路线规划等，提出的问题也会很快解决，房间景色很好
