非常好的酒店，在这个价位，各方面都很不错了。硬件装修风格和水平，感觉是对标全季这一档次的，卧具床品也都不错。酒店服务员态度非常好，包括车库保安在内，所有服务员都是笑脸迎客。酒店位置很好，正对西湖公园大门。右拐去仿古古城商业街大约七八百米，吃饭娱乐什么的都很方便。酒店的早餐在这个档次真的是很不错了（考虑房价），无可挑剔。酒店楼下地下车库和酒店大门口停车位不算多，大概能停个十几二十辆车。不过酒店有设法解决车位不足的问题：可以帮着联系免费停到对面西湖公园停车场。唯一一点小瑕疵：进房间有比较明显的烟味，对于不喜抽烟的客人不大友好。建议酒店能加强烟味去除工作，或者设法区别吸烟房和无烟房。
