带老人去广西路过许昌，看点评这家不错就定了，总体上很不错，够四星标准，中式装修雅致低调奢华古色古香，酒店给的房靠近电梯厅有点吵，只是刚装修没多久还有点味道，地理位置靠近古城遗址楼下就是河，晚上河景灯光尚可，早餐还可以蔬菜比较多都是中式炒菜西式的菜品比较少，面包品种也少，关键是这么大的酒店早餐现磨咖啡居然还收费，免费的是咖啡饮料，让我这个每天必喝咖啡的人很不爽，附近的步行街真是没啥特色，不建议去逛。前台服务不错，处理事情都很细致快递。希望瑞贝卡酒店完善的越来越好，有机会再去许昌仔细走走。

半夜经理带着人一直在刷房门，搞不懂，不能先确认一下住客吗？早晨就打电话问何时退房，要给其他住客安排房间，希望我换房，？？？？？许昌的四星酒店？？？什么时候变成这样的服务了，下次不会再来了
