从生活便利性来讲，位置不错，附近方便、相对更贵卫生的餐饮店多。酒店设施考虑精细、布草质量好。就是停车位很紧张，酒店自有车位不能满足住客需求，在附近社区的路边有划线车位。饮用水、1元冰淇淋免费，更多生活所需设施在房间列表上的也免费提供。早餐种类与充足性都不错。
